Join us for our Outreach Stress and Wellness Workshop Series. In addition to our standard workshops, we will be providing a workshop specific to the transition to campus: “Coping, Self-Care, & Resilience: Buzzing Our Way Back to Campus as we Emerge From a Pandemic” . Our standard workshops will continue to address issues such as stress management, procrastination and time management, and imposter syndrome. The additional workshop will focus on normalizing different emotional reactions, ways to communicate with others what your comfort level is with different activities, and how to live with the discomfort of prolonged uncertainty during the Covid-19 pandemic and after.
These workshops are open to all members of the Georgia Tech community.
